Ryan felt the call to ministry at 17 years old; he began volunteering in his home church. In 2009, Ryan received his Church of God credentials as an exhorter and took the position of College and Music Pastor at Christian Union Church of God in Ashburn, GA.
Ryan and his family moved to Thomasville in October 2017 and joined the pastoral team of NWC in March 2018. Ryan is deeply passionate about seeing young people reach their maximum potential through a real and personal relationship with Jesus and by strengthening their talents and gifts for Christ. He has devoted his life to loving God and loving people by helping them find hope, answers, and life in Jesus Christ. Alongside the Lead Pastor, Ryan helps carry forward the vision of NWC.
KANDI CLEM

Kandi has always enjoyed serving in many areas of the church, but now fully loves and embraces her role as Associate Pastor alongside her husband, Ryan.
Kandi and Ryan have two children—a daughter named Khloe and a son Gabe.
